Following his 2013 full-length album, Art of Dreaming, Eric Fullerton releases his next small batch of new material with the five-song EP, Familiar World. The first track, "Seasons", begins this emotional roller-coaster on a smooth and steady ride with an infectious melody, and reminiscent of the seasons changing around us. Track two takes us through winter in this atmospheric "chillstep", and vocals by expressive & confident South African vocalist, Lokka. The ride peaks at track three with "Dropper", a heavy progressive house tune that will drop you into an ethereal bed of atmospheric piano melodies. Taking you into deeper realms, track four "I Feel" will send you into a hypnotic, Drum n' Bass filled world. The last track, "I'm Broken", sung by Eric Fullerton, leaves you with a powerful, emotional, post-rock song that is thought-provoking and may cause self reflection.
